What is Anxiety?

AnxietyA feeling of worry, nervousness, and worry about to do something or for something to happened called anxiety. Anxiety disorder is a serious mental illness interferes with your normal day to day activities and disturbs your routine badly. About 1 in 20 people have an anxiety disorder at any one time. You become anxious and nervous in every easy and tough aspect of life. You think about problem again and again and become more anxious.

Anxiety is a normal human emotion state that everyone experience in life. Every normal person feels anxious, or nervous when faced a problem and it’s normal to feel anxious when facing a problem or challenging situation, such as a tough exam, job interview, before marriage. But if you feel worries and fear all time and these fear interfere with your daily life and make it miserable called anxiety. Anxiety is a body natural response towards problems. Anxiety is not always a bad thing. It helps you stay alert, focused and motivates you to solve your problem. But when anxiety is constant you are always in low mood state, when it interfere with your activities, relationships and stop all your functional activities.

There are several types of anxiety disorders including panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, separation anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, childhood anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, Agoraphobia, and generalized anxiety disorder.
